Marc Zwetchkenbaum, Esq. (Marc Z) is the founder and President of Marc Z Legal Staffing. Marc Z established Marc Z Legal to assist law firms and corporations in finding recruiting and staffing solutions for all of their legal personnel needs. He also co-founded and is Vice President of Spectra Temps, a leading legal and administrative staffing company in Rhode Island.

In Marc Z’s previous life, he served as a Litigation Attorney and General Counsel for an international staffing franchisor. Marc is admitted to the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and D.C. Bars. He is also the featured employment reporter and a quarterly co-host on “Radio Entrepreneurs” radio show. Marc has served on many national and local non-profit boards. He is currently on the board of Dana Farber’s Leadership Council and the Jewish National Fund.

Marc’s extensive history of professional experience, combined with his active participation in the greater New England legal community makes him a true expert in his field.  He devotes tireless effort and develops trust with his clients in order to consistently formulate successful career matches. Amy Levine

Amy Levine is Vice President of Marc Z Legal Staffing and assists law firms with their recruiting needs. Amy has first-hand experience in the legal industry having worked at two premier law firms, Goulston & Storrs and Hale and Dorr (currently WilmerHale).  Amy fully understands the need to find the right combination of skills, experience and cultural fit. Her experience includes recruiting, coaching/counseling, professional development and career management. Additionally, Amy received valuable training in several of these areas while obtaining her Master’s Degree from Boston University. Amy has held board member positions in the Association of Legal Human Resource Managers organization (ALHRM). She dedicates considerable up-front time with each employer and candidate.  It is this triumvirate approach that ensures a mutually beneficial long-term placement.
